My Go To Salad

Hi Everyone!

Salads can get boring, and plain. I have never been good at making salads. I love to cook but for some reasons my ratios are always off. Just this year, I started exploring salad options. Funking them up and not just having spinach with balsamic and olive oil. I experimented for awhile and I think I found what works for me.. at least for right now. I crave this salad almost every night and it is so EASY to make its unbelievable.

MY GO TO SALAD

INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a large salad bowl pour out your salad mix and drizzle with olive oil!
  2. Next add a huge dollop (around a 1/4 cup of hummus)  to your salad and sprinkle with chia seeds.
  3. You are ready to eat! Just mix in your hummus and enjoy! Avocado and lemon juice are great extra additions as well 🙂

Prep Time: 5 minutes!
Servings: For me this is one serving but I eat a lot for dinner so, for most it is probably 2-3 servings!
