I am not a gym goer. At all. I love fitness and working out but I love to do all my workouts at home. Since I don’t usually have equipment or any machines I have looked through hundreds or Pinterest workouts trying to find the ones that will be able to make me get a good burn in even without a gym. Today I am going to share with you my three favorite Legs&Butt workouts and my number one all time favorite ab workout! I use these workouts randomly during the week to give me a good workout at home! They are fast and are easy to do anywhere!!
